Our Survey

This brief nine question survey was created so that we can learn more about your experience at the last Rooster Run event and your other Hunting Habits. We literally spend countless hours, days and months preparing for this event. If you could take just a few minutes of your time to fill out this quick survey and send it back to us, it will make our job to please you, a little easier.

If you were a participant, a volunteer, or an invited quest at the last Rooster Run, we want to hear from you. If you were not there but wish that you were, just use the “Contact” page to get in touch with us and find out how you can get involved. We have opportunities for everyone to play an important role in this great event. Never think or feel that you have nothing to offer to the success of this event, everyone does!

You can Print / Save your completed survey as a PDF and e-mail it back to us at roosterrun@gcfngroosterrun.com. You can also snail mail it to us via the U.S. Postal Service at GCF&G, C/O Rooster Run, P.O. # 64, Xenia, Ohio 45385, or you can just drop it in the white metal drop box in the breezeway of the clubhouse on your next trip to the club. Your input is important to us. This is your club, and we do these events for you.

Here are the steps to complete the survey:

1. Click on the Survey to the right. The survey will open in a new window.
2. Fill out the Survey.
3. Click the “Print to Email” button.
4. Choose Save as PDF.
5. Choose a location, like Desktop to save the file. You can rename the file if you wish.
6. Open your email, attach the saved survey, and send to: roosterrun@gcfngroosterrun.com
