NOTICE: Contributions or Gifts to The Greene County Fish & Game Association & Rooster Run are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.

We have several different options that we can explore. Thank You again for wanting to get involved! Here is what we currently have available, please let me know if something fits your parameters. This would be in exchange for advertising.

Event Sponsor Options

Event Sponsor Level l – $125 Cash Gift

This would get your business logo on the back of our event T-shirts, formal printed recognition in hand out materials, verbal recognition multiple times during the event, as well as a listing on our Event Sponsor Board for the entire event, and recognition in our monthly club newsletter before (at least once) and after the event (only once). (Camera Ready High – Definition Art would be required from you).

Event Sponsor Level II – $75 Cash Gift

This would get your business logo on the front of our Big Thank You Banner to be located inside the clubhouse on the day of our event, formal printed recognition in hand out materials, verbal recognition multiple times the day of the event, as well as a listing on our sponsor board for the entire event, and printed recognition in our monthly club newsletter before (at least once) and after the event (only once). (Camera Ready High – Definition Art would be required from you).

Event Meal Sponsor – $50 Cash Gift

This would get your business name and location verbally recognized as an event meal Co-Sponsor, it will also get your business name on Our Meal Provider’s Board, formal printed recognition, and printed recognition in our monthly club newsletter before (at least once) and after the event (only once).

Event Supporter Level I – Product or Cash Gift Valued Between $25 – $50

This would get your business name and location verbally recognized as an event supporter multiple times, formal printed recognition in hand out materials, and printed recognition in our monthly club newsletter before (at least once) and after the event (only once).

Event Supporter Level II – Raffle Prize Gift Valued Between $20 – $25

This would get your business name and location verbally recognized as an event supporter multiple times, formal printed recognition in hand out materials, as well as printed recognition in our monthly club newsletter before (at least once) and after the event (only once). (A Business Card req. with each gift).

Item Specific Sponsorship

Eye Protection Sponsor – $50 Cash Gift (Three Available).

Hearing Protection Sponsor – $30 Cash Gift (Already Taken).

Trap Shoot Sponsor – $50 Cash Gift (Two Available).
